2. Course Enrollment

Providing incorrect, misleading, or false information may result in delays or cancellation of enrollment.
Enrollment is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully verified by X Square.
3. Payment
Course fees must be paid through the payment methods provided by X Square.
Depending on the available payment options, payments may be made through services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered by X Square.
Students may be required to provide a transaction ID or payment confirmation as proof of payment.
X Square reserves the right to verify payments before confirming enrollment.
4. Batch Assignment
Our live courses may be organized into different batches.
After successful enrollment and payment verification, students will be assigned to an available batch.
The batch information may include:
- Batch number or name
- Course start date
- Class days
- Class timings
- Zoom class information
Students are expected to attend the classes according to their assigned batch schedule.
5. Live Zoom Classes
Classes may be conducted through Zoom or another online meeting platform selected by X Square.
Students are responsible for having:
- A suitable device
- A stable internet connection
- The required software or application
- A working microphone/camera where necessary
X Square is not responsible for technical problems caused by a student’s device, internet connection, software, electricity, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Attendance and Punctuality
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes on time.
Missing a class does not automatically create an obligation for X Square to provide an additional private session.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they should contact the X Square team as early as reasonably possible.
Any recordings, notes, make-up sessions, or alternative arrangements will only be provided if specifically included in the course offering or decided by X Square.
7. Batch Changes
Students should carefully select or confirm their preferred batch before enrollment.
Requests to change batches may be considered depending on availability and the circumstances of the request.
X Square does not guarantee that a batch transfer will always be possible.
8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials provided by X Square, including videos, documents, presentations, graphics, resources, training materials, and other educational content, are intended for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.
Students may not:
- Copy or reproduce course materials for commercial purposes
- Resell or redistribute course content
- Share paid course materials publicly
- Upload course materials to other websites or platforms
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute course resources
- Share private Zoom meeting links with unauthorized individuals
Unauthorized distribution or sharing of course content may result in termination of access without a refund.
9. Zoom Links and Access Information
Zoom meeting links, passwords, schedules, and other private class information provided to enrolled students are confidential.
Students must not share these details with individuals who are not enrolled in the relevant batch.
X Square reserves the right to remove unauthorized participants from live sessions.
10. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students.
Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, threats, disruptive conduct, spam, or intentional interference with classes may result in suspension or termination of participation.
X Square reserves the right to take appropriate action when student behavior negatively affects the learning environment.
11. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on CareerShift360.com.
Students should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing their enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy, payment does not automatically guarantee a refund after enrollment or after participation in live classes has begun.
12. Course Schedule Changes
X Square may occasionally need to change class dates, timings, instructors, or other course arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
Where reasonably possible, students will be informed about significant changes in advance.
X Square may reschedule a class when necessary and provide an alternative date or arrangement where appropriate.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Our courses may involve third-party services, tools, websites, software, marketplaces, AI platforms, payment services, or communication platforms.
These services are independently operated by their respective providers.
X Square does not control third-party policies, pricing, availability, account decisions, algorithms, technical performance, or future changes to their services.
Students are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform they use.
14. No Guaranteed Results
Enrollment in an X Square course does not guarantee employment, freelance work, sales, business success, platform approval, or any specific financial result.
Individual results depend on many factors, including effort, consistency, skill level, market conditions, competition, content quality, and the policies of third-party platforms.
15. Website Information
X Square makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on CareerShift360.com accurate and useful.
However, course information, schedules, pricing, features, tools, and other details may be updated or changed when necessary.
X Square reserves the right to make reasonable changes to its website, courses, programs, and services.
16. Account and Website Security
